Where do orders ship from?
The dispatch location depends on the product and the supplier's available stock. Check the product page for any item-specific shipping information, or contact us before ordering if the dispatch location matters to you.
Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?
If your order has items from different warehouses, they are sent separately and can arrive on different days, each with its own tracking.
How long will delivery take?
Timing depends on the product, processing and transit. Supplier processing happens before dispatch and is separate from transit time. You'll see the available delivery options for your address at checkout, before you pay. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Do prices include sales tax?
No. Where sales tax applies, it is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link when each parcel ships.
